As a Gerontologist, Nationally Certified Geriatric Fitness Specialist, and Public Speaker Whitnye Casey has assisted thousands of older adults in improving their balance, maintaining their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Whitnye formed Master Balance in 2010 with the mindset to make a global impact on the way that people age, and to keep them functioning independently as long as possible. "I saw that the main reason people were going into nursing homes was due to a loss of function that could be completely prevented through movement and exercise," says Whitnye. With her first DVD, Master Your Balance, Whitnye takes viewers through a specialized system of exercises she developed to help older adults achieve and maintain good balance.
