Master Your Balance is a program developed by Whitnye Lolley, Gerontologist and Balance Expert, that is focused on improving balance, preventing falls and enhancing wellness for older adults. This website serves as a portal for senior citizens and adults of any age to get the resources they need to age gracefully and live independently. As the population of elderly adults rises in the United States, it is essential that our attention turns to senior health and wellness and keeping ourselves and our loved ones happy and healthy for the rest of their days.

All classes are held at the Christian Life Center, located at 1413 McClung Avenue in Huntsville, unless otherwise noted. Space is limited. Cost is $10/class unless otherwise noted. Bootcamp is $90/month. Walk-ins are welcome, but you may contact Whitnye to reserve your space.
